Nicholas has a background in traditional software development but, since discovering Safe Software’s FME suite of applications, his focus has been on developing ETL solutions for data in all its diversity.
Now, with over 20 years involvement with FME and GIS / spatial data (in addition to his prior software development background), Nicholas is able to apply his extensive experience to finding the right solution to even the most complex data challenges.
As an independent consultant with a focus on the North American energy industry for 10 years, and a further 2 years as Principal Consultant to Australia’s only Platinum level FME Partner, Nicholas has refined the art of translating client needs into working solutions. Nothing gives him more pleasure than delivering a result that surpasses clients’ expectations.
